LET ME TELL YOU HOW MY FRIEND LOST 5 lbs IN 5 DAYS

To lose weight fast doesn’t have to be as hard as you think.  Just ask my close friend who was absolutely amazed as to how easily she lost 5 lbs in 5 days after staying with me for just a few days.  Did I starve her while she stayed with me? Or did I force feed her with boring food in an effort for her to lose weight fast?  No definitely not.  On the contrary. We ate some fantastic and delicious meals and I was determined to cook her up some of my all time favorites: Look at these to just name a few:

Grass Fed Bacon and Scrambled Eggs on Spelt tortillas

Taco seasoned Buffalo ground beef on lettuce and tomato with shredded, raw cheddar cheese

Special Baked Chicken, garlic broccoli and brown rice flavoured with butter.

Even my friend was surprised when she thought about how hearty and tasty all of my meals were and how she was still able to drop a few pounds and lose weight fast during her short stay with me. This is something that doesn’t usually happen on vacation, right? Just the opposite yeh – you usually come back bigger and heavier, but after staying with me my friend left slimmer and was so happy she had managed to lose weight fast.
This really proves that if you eat the right foods that you will achieve the right results every single time! That is lose weight fast.
I know it can prove hard to stick to the right regime and sometimes it feels impossible to lose weight fast – let me give you a piece of advice. Just make sure that you stick to your recommended foods. If you can do this, this, in itself, is a huge step in the right direction and, like my good friend here, has proved to be just the start to help you kick start your life, that is lose weight fast.

Now, I know what you are thinking. What are the right foods?

Another piece of advice that I gave to my friend, that is always think NATURAL. If it is natural and was provided by Mother Nature herself, the chances are it’s a great addition to your meal plan. These are some examples of what it is meant by natural: meats and poultry, wild fish, raw nuts, fruits and fresh vegetables. This is not an exhaustive list, but they are some of the incredible fat burning foods Mother Nature has provided. If you include these foods as the greater percentage of your meal plans then you will be well on your way to lose weight fast.
